He was incredibly open and honest about the properties and we felt quite relieved as we weren’t being lied to at all, especially after seeing a less professional estate agent afterwards. Lived for two years at houses managed by Property Solutions. I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in both houses. We managed to get quite a good discount on the rent in our last year even though it was a fairly new house. At the end of both years we got our deposits back fairly quickly. Would recommend.

Property Solutions have let and managed my portfolio of properties for 7 years now. All of the properties are rented to students in Birmingham. I cannot fault the service that I have received from them. They have always ensured that the properties are always rented and kept up to standard. I take regular direct feedback about the agent from the tenants who live at my properties and have had no reason to complain.
